Pros

Generally a positive atmosphere and a good group of people to be involved with. Most employees in sales have been there for years and generally a low turnover. Great pay in the good weeks!

Cons

In spite of having talented engineers the company has so far not been able to produce any additional products beyond Diskeeper that can generate significant revenue in the corporate sales market.

Advice to Senior Management

Invest in and produce (or otherwise obtain) excellent products that can be sold to Corporations. The company has a good reputation with Diskeeper and a solid customer base. It also has great employees. Just needs more worthwhile things to sell.
