The final product, for the most part, was something to be proud of.
Some of the perks are nice. For example, silver pass into the parks, movie nights on the studio lot, lots of knick knacks from premiers.

Disney Feature Animation is the step child after the company acquired Pixar. They're cannibalizing their own products.

Benefits Package, VoluntEARS program, and working across many different lines of business under one company. Braghing rights working gor the world's most admired brand.
Cons
Poor communications, Knowlege sharing only happems between people whom have been there a longtime. Insecure colleagues and Director and above manage by fear. Career path is more important then the novelity that has worn off that i work for the brand.
