Pros
Everyday, working for Disney was a new and fun experience. Interacting with guests is so much fun and almost too easy at times. EX; What's your favorite ride, favorite character, movie, etc. There is never a dull moment interacting with guests at Disney, and this is what keeps bringing guests back on a yearly basis.
Cons
The biggest downside is the pay. But if you work for Disney, you aren't working there for the wage, you are there for the magical experience that you get to bring to guests on a daily basis.
Advice to Senior Management
The company as a whole is amazing, but for the people that are still in the bottom ranks of the company; give them there recognition when needed.

Perks -- free entrance to parks & resorts, discounts on merchandise

Definitely a very corporate environment (a con if you dislike that)
As with any organization, politics between divisions can slow progress

Focus on cultivating and environment where honest, transparent feedback both upward and downward is openly exchanged.

Some of the perks are nice. For example, silver pass into the parks, movie nights on the studio lot, lots of knick knacks from premiers.

Disney Feature Animation is the step child after the company acquired Pixar. They're cannibalizing their own products.

Benefits Package, VoluntEARS program, and working across many different lines of business under one company. Braghing rights working gor the world's most admired brand.
Cons
Poor communications, Knowlege sharing only happems between people whom have been there a longtime. Insecure colleagues and Director and above manage by fear. Career path is more important then the novelity that has worn off that i work for the brand.

More action and less talk.
