Former Employee – worked at Disney as a contractor for less than a year
Pros – Disney brand, reputation, process driven job duties,
Cons – Euro Disney has ruined some of what makes Disney the best place to work, i.e. employee recognition, fun, French HR customs are suppressive, middle management capricious and petty/gossipy
Advice to Senior Management – ensure Euro Disney in line with global brand, dispense with French HR practices, focus on guests not internicine politics/gossip.

Former Employee – worked at Disney part-time for less than a year
Pros – Great experience working around guests who are happy to be there and you take part in "making magic" and memorable experiences for them to remember for the rest of their lives. Free entrance to the park for you and family (limited times). Working at the most "Magical Place on Earth".
Cons – Pay could be better, but OT is always available and easy to make it up if your willing to work.
Advice to Senior Management – Be more involved other than the review times. Be more on stage and conversive with guests and cast.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Former Employee – worked at Disney full-time
Pros – I found a better company.
Cons – IMO it's all politics, games and fear. A nightmare of overworked zombies constantly afraid they are going to lose their jobs. Disney's is great until you work for them. They claim they are all about the work/life balance, but just try to take time off and not worry about who is trying to steal your job or take credit for something you did.
Advice to Senior Management – Stop treating your workers like dogs. Fix your A/P department-they are horrible!
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

Current Employee – been working at Disney full-time
Pros – The value of the brand, the connection to storytelling, the creative opportunities, the global reach, the scale of the efforts, the impact on the audience.
Cons – The politics. The emphasis on perceptions, over value. The fear of functioning like a digital company in a digital age. Management does not put their money where their mouth is when it comes to growing talent.
Advice to Senior Management – Value and reward those who do good work, not those who complain the most and loudest, or have become the best at manipulating and maneuvering politically.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
