flexible work hours,friendly coworkers. The atmosphere is relaxed and pressure is high only when occasion demands it. Good human resource

Cons

stunted work variety,salary raises non existent or miniscule. Lately not much room for fun because of cost cutting. No sense of direction in the way company wants to carve its niche.

Advice to Senior Management

Its important that directions are chosen carefully and stuck with. Changing them too frequently only makes matter worse.Otherwise a good management.

great variety of project types, a lot of Customers to work with, numerous business units for job rotation, excellent work environment

too flat organizational structure, probably due to small dimension business and customers on all italian territory determine to much trips

apply increase delegation, give more attentions to employees, use more equity and transparency in promotions and benefits assigned to each
