Pros
The pay is great and many chances of advancement. Good benefits also. Many opportunities available if work hard and show desire to learn.
Cons
If you do not have much experience it is difficult to get cases. No training is provided. May be hard to communicate with management.
Advice to Senior Management
Training would be a great asset to your company and employees. Staying in touch with lower employees would be good.
