“overall not a great place to work”
Former Employee – worked at Dixon Security
Pros – He always Always Has hours available to work.
They are flexible with time off.
Multiple sites available to work at.
Cons – they do not pay very well compared to the money they receive from clients
they do not always pay for overtime that you work.
they are very poor in resolving issues when they arise.
Advice to Senior Management – pay your employees for the work you expect them to do. if you pay minimum wage, you will get minimum work. pay your employees when they work. do not keep them waiting for weeks for a paycheck.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
