    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Over time hours. Days off during the week. Wonderful co workers who care about their patients and make me feel appreciated.

    Cons

The worst part are the long shifts, the fact that there are no bonuses and that sometimes people get stressed out by the weight of responsibility involved with patient care.

    Advice to Management

Give raises and keep the nurses happy. They are everything.
