Legislative changes may kerb the current business model and things cold change overnight.

Pros
The manager I had was the best. This company also recognizes its employees with employee appreciation week and christmas party. It is a fun place to work and meet new people
Cons
This place does not pay enough for all of the work they do. When I worked there I did so much and put up with so much from the customers that I know I was very underpaid
Advice to Senior Management
Don' worry so much on making the Managment in P.A so happy. Focus more on the customers
