Stressful during football season, otherwise a laid-back and easy job

Delivery Expert (Current Employee) Tuscaloosa, AL

ProsThe money is good if you work the hours. Employees are friendly for the most part.

ConsSome employees can be a hassle to work with, along with the customers. Management can seem out of touch at times. Mileage and wear-and-tear compensation is terrible.

Advice to Senior ManagementGive employees some sort of perks, like discounts. Team-building events would be a great opportunity to increase worker cohesion.

    It definitely could be better.

Delivery Driver (Current Employee) Pensacola, FL

ProsThe pay is pretty decent if you don't need the money. 4 bucks on the road plus tips. I could make around 50 in a 5 hour shift. Don't have to sit in the store all day, driving is the best. You don't have to worry about not getting deliveries unless you work mornings. Its not very difficult.

ConsHigh school assistant managers, it is just unacceptable. It definitely puts wear and tear on your car, A Delivery job with less travel and better tips would obviously be better. The gas reimbursement is crap.

Work way too hard for the money!

Assistant Warehouse Manager (Current Employee) Grand Prairie, TX

ProsVery few of the people are ok or rememberable, trips where free and paid by the company but absolutely the only thing I like about it, when I'm away from it!

ConsWORK IS EXTREMELY TOO HARD FOR THAT AMOUNT OF MONEY! Stay away! Never feel like a part of the management team did the employees job ALL DAY, EVERYDAY.There is no way that a member of management team should work like that, it was an awful experience that I would'nt recommend to anyone that know or care about. They make it virtually impossible to learn anything or grow career wise, but they expect you to learn it on the fly. The worst training I ever had anywhere. It needs a total revampment of that so called training program.

Advice to Senior ManagementGetting better people in place that will accept new innovative ideas. Let leadership do that exactly, lead people.

Great place to work, but very stressful.

Costumer Service Representative (Current Employee) Hialeah, FL

ProsThe atmosphere is friendly and you have room for promotions as long as you work hard.
It is very family oriented, and it encourages team work.
Very flexible schedule, depending on your manager.

ConsIt gets extremely busy and stressful during rush hours, but if you're a person that's always on the go and likes a fast paced environment; this is for you.
Depending on your area you might have crappy tips.

very fast pace non stop, constant standing no breaks hard work, well earned check based on hours they keep you.

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) Waldorf, MD

Proswell if you stay for more than 5hrs for 3days your check should be about 260 or so...easy over time because they get busy fast and need all help they can get.

Constraining is the hard part you just kind of jump in and catch up.

Advice to Senior Managementmore drivers than CSR will do.
