I worked at Domino's Pizza UK part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

50% staff discount, most of the staff were friendly.

    Cons

Extremely long hours you could be working 5pm to 5am also with no breaks. No set contracts. They don't treat you like a person and you will probably end up with no life while working here. The 'rota' that they have seriously does not matter, the time stated on it is not the time you finish they make you stay until they say you can go home.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consider your employees more as you just don't treat them as people. Also remember your employees DO have a life outside of work.

Former Employee - Shift Manager in Ealing, England (UK)

I worked at Domino's Pizza UK full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

shifts were flexible I must admit

    Cons

worst pay for the job to do, hard labours depending on how busy store is
shift managers get same pay as drivers W.T.F
    managers talking rubbish behind backs
managers not valuing staff and when store does well and achieves bonus, doesnt split the bonus to motivate staff

asked for pay rise to many times, had enough gave notice in
the he begged me to stay and promised me a list of different things, i.e promotion to assistant manager when there was already one W.T.F, and payrise

to late to convince me i had enough and moved on

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    fix pay for staff
needs to be a fixes pay structure for different roles
a driver who does deliveries gets same pay as a shift manager W.T.F

Friendly atmosphere and good team to work with. The work itself is very easy. No training needed and easy to learn everything needed.
