I have been working at Domino's full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great company to get experience with customer service, food safety, food production, cash handling, a sense of teamwork, and understanding costs/profits. Good company for young adults or someone looking for an evening/night job. Easy to advance into management, if wanted.

    Cons

Low hourly wage for all employees, especially managers. For the amount of work that goes into managing, they could really offer a little bit more. Long hours, hard to get a break (unless you're a smoker), hard to get off on weekends.

    Advice to Management

Try to train ALL team members (drivers and CSR's) on all the functions in the workplace to ensure a smooth running facility with equally distributed workload. This will definitely increase morale for all team members and give a better sense of teamwork.
