I have been working at Domino's full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

The pay is very good compared to all types of similar and not so similar fields. Very competitive environment. If you enjoy winning and being challenged every day this is a good match.

    Cons

If you don't have a passion for what your chosen field is don't bother

    I worked at Domino's full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

    - Great experience for customer service; for using phones at work. You get comfortable speaking to strangers and handling a large variety of situations in the workplace.
    - If you've got the right car for it and don't mind tacking some miles on awfully quick, drivers can make a pretty awesome pay in a day. I've made over 100 dollars in a 6 hour shift before.
    - Honestly, the pizza was awesome.
    - Management was passionate about positive reinforcement, which led to the whole staff being eager to work and overall in a great mood.

    Cons

    - Delivery driving is really, really detrimental to your car. I started as a driver and quickly switched to customer service rep after realizing how many miles I could burn through in a day. Great money as a driver, on the bright side.
    - Rushes can be extremely stressful.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management was amazing at both locations I worked at. They were super energetic and positive and not in the cringing way that a lot of "fast food" management is. They also were eager to cross-train and encourage anybody who wanted to learn and took a lot of note in people who went the extra mile and made sure to try to reward them.

    Pros

    Good people
GM works with you as much as she can within the limits of corporate policy
    Fun environment

    Cons

    Can be really busy sometimes
Can only have one unexcused absence (must have a doctor's note or car repair receipt for it to be excused) per year before being written up

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Can't think of much. Good job!

I have been working at Domino's part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

gettimg recognized, may be eligible to move into management. Depending on the store, and quality of your work, can get 40+ hour weeks, plus the tips are always nice.

    Cons

No benefits, quick learning curve so it's either sink or swim. Only get paid $5 or w/e on the road and minimum wage in the store

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

ultimately, this is a low employee retention sort of job, but my store offered $25 in food if you came in and weren't scheduled, which is nice

The hours are excellent! The food is amazing and I do delivery sometimes too and earn great tips and I work inside too making pizzas and picking up phones.

    Cons

Nothing is wrong with working at Domino's Pizza I enjoy working there since I was 18 now I'm 20 years old I am very proud that it kept me going to work and meeting the CEO John Rodas and my supervisor Nico Casillas they are very great and they care about the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I really like how the business runs in the store where I work at I hope to be a great manager like mine in the future. He is very honest and his name is Mariano he cares a lot about his job and the employees he does a great job at managing the store even at times when it gets very busy we still all make it through.

Gm's are expected to work over the maximum number of hours for salaried employees. Little to no guidance from MCO or DCO on a store level.
