I have been working at Domino's part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Good place to work part time and make a decent amount of money. If you want to work full-time there is a lot of movement on the track towards general management, and corporate stores will generally work with you as long as you want to keep progressing.

    Cons

As a driver, working on non-busy days results in lower tips and it can be pretty variable compared to only working during rush on part-time. Certain areas tip lower than others and oftentimes drivers at other stores do not make as much as they would like. In addition, many stores are extremely busy, which for a driver is good, but for someone trying to become a manager would make life more difficult.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I would only advise management to take it easy on those with harder to manage stores. For drivers I would say to keep up the good work, but give more compensation as they recently decreased the compensation for taking deliveries from a flat amount to a per mile basis (which is lower ultimately).

the technology in the stores is amazing but I would like to see something go mobile... Perhaps a tablet to process credit cards and guide us to the destination with GPS?
