I worked at Domino's part-time for less than a year

    Pros

I found Domino's to be very fun. I had really great coworkers who made the day go by quickly. Loved always on the move and there was always lots of opportunity to work more as well as opportunities for advancement. They offered good training and the work was easy. I really liked it.

    Cons

Yes you will have to put up with crappy customers and low pay, but it's fast food...what do you expect? Mileage reimbursement kind of sucked. I ended up leaving because I thought I could make more money waitressing... #false (well some probably can, but that's not my point).

I have been working at Domino's full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

They offer great training. They give raises from time to time for good performance. It's a fun working environment.

    Cons

Most locations don't offer employee discounts. When it's busy, it's BUSY! If you are a driver you will put a ton on miles on your car.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat the employees like you would treat your own family. They will in turn take care of your store like it was there own.

I worked at Domino's full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Alot of hours, free food. decent pay, good priced benefits

    Cons

Training, unprofessional, no raises, lies, no support from upper management, no help for HR person

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay people when they are due to be paid. Its been 2 weeks and i am STILL waiting on my check. Dont make managers work 70 hr weeks on a salary of 525. understand people have other things in their life. Dont look down on people who return to school. GROW UP AND STOP CAUSING DRAMA IN YOUR STORES AND WATCHING IT ALL PLAY OUT LOSERS

I have been working at Domino's part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Loved some of the crew I worked with. Customers are loyal and love seeing them.

    Cons

Hours suck if you're management with small kids. If you're a new manager you'll always get stuck closing. Constant BS to deal with. Bad when GM allows drivers who smoke pot drive and then promote to shift leader.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Randomly drug test EVERY employee. Have a class with GM on time management.

    I worked at Domino's part-time

    Pros

coworkers were friendly. great tips if you're a delivery driver. you definitely bring home decent money despite it being a minimum wage job. 50% off pizzas. very easy to ask for days off.

    Cons

always expected to work not until the end of your posted shift, but until the manager 'done with you'. made it almost impossible to plan around work. extremely disorganized environment that made it really hard not to fall behind during busy hours. really taxing on drivers' cars, and the wages aren't enough to pay for the eventual break-downs. tons and tons of corporate BS.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

more responsibility in insuring the health of drivers' cars, more realistic expectations of your workers, more order in how daily upkeep is run.

    Pros

Open to hours you want to work.

    Cons

Drivers never get a raise. Driver's should be making min. wage salary.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Driver's pay for their own insurance and gas, the least you could do is pay min wage.......................................

I worked at Domino's part-time for more than a year

    Pros

You can make good tips depending on the area. It can be fun when you're on the road, and it is generally a pretty easy job for how much you make.

    Cons

Late hours if you close, you basically live or die based on your manager. Dead end job unless you are really intent on being a manager. Can be a pain if someone calls in for whatever reason.

Average about 12-15 $ per hour

    Cons

Lot's of micromanaging, too many drivers, less deliveries.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Making money with dominos all depends on your delivery area and the manager you have.
