    Pros

Primarily young, ambitious staff comprised of Texas State students which keeps the mood light, and mostly stress-free among lower-level employees. Very flexible hours. Easy-to-use dispatch system. Great opportunity to make cash as driver.

    Cons

Very small store that requires a lot of staff, oftentimes gets crowded. Extremely busy which can be stressful, especially for insiders. High turnover rate.

    Advice to Management

Mid-level/ upper-level management should have more realistic standards for this store based on the volume of sales here. This is a very unique store that needs to be understood differently. Would solve a lot of problems.

    Pros

Great people to work with and for. Fast paced work environment but easy work. Management were very friendly and fair.

    Cons

Not always enough people working and so you can be really busy. The pay is nothing exceptional but pretty standard.

    Advice to Management

Make sure there are enough people scheduled at all times and continue to foster team building. Encourage the team workers.

    Pros

You can actually make a decent amount of money between the delivery charges and the tips. Other employees are excellent to work with. Getting to meet all sorts of people can be rewarding in it's own right. Very good at creating shifts that meet school/home life necessities.

    Cons

Most of the managers and the franchise owners are great, however, if you get hired at the wrong store, you will find out quickly if you are working for a manager that does not have the employees' interests in mind at all, or the company's/franchise's interests.

    Advice to Management

High turn-over is common in this industry, granted, but if a particular store has a large amount of turn over and a large amount of transfers, it would be wise to ask the employees what the reason may be in private. If they are saying the same things, then there obviously is an issue that needs to be addressed.
