Pros – All work togather like a team and more presizely as a family

Cons – There is no perfect time set for the employees working hours, they just keep on working till required and the working hour get up to 14hours even

Advice to Senior Management – Please start a prcatice of efficient employee management, else everything is good

Pros – Experience with Domino's is invaluable & work me everywhere.

Cons – Working hours were very inconsistent and used to be very long than the regular norm.

Advice to Senior Management – Shift timings should be proper on week days in order to reduce the staff complaints regarding very long and inconsistent working hours.

Cons – During public holidays and sunday. you'll feel like quit the job but for part-time its worth to do a little hard work sometime.

Pros – As per Indian standers its an MNS compapny people will prfered to join Dominos Pizza to make there life/carrier. Even now its Public company its been entre in Shaires Market.

Cons – About downsides peoples where want make carrie & also want to grow with the company, litraly they spend more then 48 Hrs in week.

Advice to Senior Management – The Management should get some ideas for downside people not to extend more then 48 hrs & have bettter plans for there future
