    Positive Outlook

I worked at Domus, Inc. full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Domus provides an excellent work environment and gives you an opportunity to work with a diverse and excellent clientele. The biggest strength of Domus is the people who work for the organization. The diverse experience of the co-workers provides an excellent opportunity to flourish.

    Cons

Nothing in particular. At times you have to give more than a 100%, which in turn is not really a con.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook

I worked at Domus, Inc. full-time

    Pros

None that I can think of.

    Cons

No support from management. They work you to death. Salaries are very low and hours are ridiculous. Management is unreasonable and out of touch, constantly talking about their "glory days" of 20+ years ago. They constantly threaten and berate employees. The work is terrible. Employee morale and engagement is non-existent. The only way you can marginally succeed is to sell your soul to the devil. Horrible, horrible place.

    Advice to Management

Focus on building your business. Take better care of your employees.
