Pros
learn a lot, very exciting, enjoy going to work every day, actually look forward to it. people are really nice.
Cons
stressful at show time, incredibly long long days. sometimes the work isn't balanced - at times there is too much to do and at times to little.
Advice to Senior Management
organize the workload, delegate in a more organized fashion.
