    Manager is very controlling and being a new person you are walked all over on the sales floor.

    Pros

    Very organized company and treated employees well. There was constant communication and interaction with the high ups and had a team driven environment.

    Cons

    Pay wasn't wonderful and did cut corners to lower cost. Bonus system was flawed and left tension in the workplace.
