    Pros

Nice co-workers, mainly older females in office. It's a dead-end job, so if you need something to pay this rent and bills this is ok, but if your trying to make a career and support a family, this company is not for you, inless you make it in as an executive.

    Cons

    This position was dead-end one.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Implement a career path.

I worked at Dorfman Pacific as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

The pay was alright for here.

    Cons

Freelanced for 6 months when they need help, not going back. The manager doesn't care about the workers. Unnecessary stress, always changed deadlines, more emotional than professional. Made the pressure worse than it had to be. Everyone was unhappy in there.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your workers, really when lots of them complain about one manager. It could be a lot better.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Positive Outlook
    Approves of CEO
