    Pros

They have a great management team who are really nice to work with and have a flexible work/life balance. It's also in a great location with a lot of exciting things happening in the area.

    Cons

We don't have enough company outings but it's still fun to hang with everyone in the office.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I'm not really sure what to say. I think they are doing pretty solid.

    Pros

The guys on the design team are great. They are really great to work with and are pretty funny. There's a ping pong table and a beer fridge. It's really a fun place to be.

    Cons

The hours can be long sometimes but it's nothing compared to the benefits that come with working here.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I'd say just make sure you guys just loop us in on the projects coming in earlier but aside from that I'm really happy with your leadership.
