    Pros

People have great personalities, and they get along very well. Good camaraderie inside of the office.

    Cons

Management is clear about setting expectations: Quota is not being met. This will remain the case when you work there. Cavalier attitude in the office - Foam darts being thrown around, nobody serious about talking to customers. Sincere lack of technical aptitude - if you want to be technical, this isn't the place to do it. Go somewhere else. Finally, to be clear, when there's a storm and you're a couple minutes late, that's not as important as maintaining your safety and driving slowly.

    Advice to Management

Here's some advice: invest in your employees in the future, and don't treat them as expendable

    Pros

The CEO does a great job of motivating you with his vision.

    Cons

Leadership is old school. Ideas are not welcome. If you upset the CEO in anyway, you're immediately black listed. It's a VERY political environment. You have to always CYA with emails. CEO often sends out rants to groups of people berating them. There is very little opportunity to advance.

    Advice to Management

Employ the advice from the same books you read, tell others to read, and quote, but don't follow yourself.
