    I worked at Double Helix Developement as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Great exposure to very high level projects and ability to learn new things with each new project

    Cons

    Fast paced environment with tough deadlines to meet, work life balance is hard o achieve

    Travel experience, networking and presentation experience even to those with little experience. Opportunities for growth and promotion based on merit.

    Cons

    Pace of projects is very fast--expectation to manage too many things at once.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you're doing, and be sure to keep autonomy since the buyout with McCann.

    - Disorganized - No internal training - Disorganized recruitment and no feedback

    Encouraging and training analysts and entry-level employees would increase motivation; would allow for a more competitive recruitment scheme
