Current Employee – been working at Double Rock
Pros – The only positive about working here is the company is soooo horrible that you have absolutely no qualms whatsoever about arriving precisely at 9 and leaving promptly at 5 - in this day and age, given the current economic climate - virtually unheard of!
Cons – Nepotism, incompetence, antiquated systems, uncrupulous or non-existent business ethics ... I could go on, but you get the idea.
Advice to Senior Management – It would be pointless to offer any feedback.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

Current Employee – been working at Double Rock
Pros – Close to mass transportation in arguably the least likeable area of the city. Otherwise, no real "pros" to being employed here.
Cons – No room for advancement and no formal review process. There is an employee manual, but is adhered to in the loosest of terms, and at management's convenience.
Advice to Senior Management – Please stop making management decisions based on nepotism. Not only do you have management that is unqualified - the top-down decisions are horrendous and serve no purpose to the big picture... rather they serve to abuse power based on personality conflicts and gross neglect.

Former Employee – worked at Double Rock
Pros – Great team assembled for the short time I was there.
Cons – Leadership at the top killed the company's reputation
Advice to Senior Management – Still hiring as Doublerock. Don't consider it.
