I worked at Double Tree by Hilton full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

The people you work with become family. The hotel is beautiful, and does strive to make the guest experience memorable. The discount for employees is amazing.

    Cons

The pay is okay. Upper management does not listen to hourly employees, and at times base the decisions on their need nor does of the guest and front line employees. But, overall is not bad.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to front-line employees, they might have good ideas that can help boost profit for the company.
