Pros – Innovative technology
Rock Star Engineers

Cons – Unstable Management
Lack of professionalism
No clear directives
Advice to Senior Management – Hire the best and trust them to do the work hired to perform, a company is only as good as the work performed by its weakest link. When you hire the best and stifle them by secret motivations and unclear planning as well as confusing crossroads...it makes the employees distrustful of direction and distrust can kill a company.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
