No policies or processes in place in any area. Not employee friendly-no evaluations or improvement in pay even after long years of service. Long delays in communications with staff and managers even in urgent matters. No opportunities for continuing education for staff, appreciation, compliance training or skill building. Environment and culture not conducive to growth.
