    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Very positive, team oriented environment across the marketing organization. Excellent leadership and strategic vision from marketing. Culture was a priority, though not a high priority.

    Cons

Organization had trouble staying focused, and was less and less consumer driven. Sales and Operations are driving the bus.

    Advice to Management

    Focus on the people.

    Pros

Good work life balance Operations team knew what they were doing Sales team was compentent, but not overachieving The company's culture was next to none, very employee friendly

    Cons

Managment does not listen to continuous improvement suggestions, even projects that would save the company multi millions of dollars across the entire company. Internal controls in some commercial areas was lacking. Company does not seem to have direction in that each department is not focused on one common goal.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the function leaders when they advise what projects need to be worked on at the lowest level of the organization. IT is not a strong function at the company.

    Cons

your pay is low and they want you to work to many hour the overtime is 5.15 an hour that less than minimum wages and they give .20 cent raise every year

    Advice to Management

merchandiser should make more money and get paid a higher day rate with time and a half overtime and stop working them 8 day with 1 day off at about15 hours a day need to give everyone days off so they have family life and time to rest from all the heavy lifting

    Pros

Great pay if you want the cases and they give them to you. Great Benefits. Work at your own pace as long as everyone satisfied and finished in timely manner.

    Cons

Respect for family needs. Take cases off if "making too much" Not doing your job if done too early and everyone else satisfied. Expect you to do more than what is entitled helping others who cannot finish a route.

    Advice to Management

Everything was great when i worked there until i had a hardship in my family and took few days off... not to mention when accounts and cases taken from my truck and given to others. Worked hard to get those cases to make the money and for them to be taken away takes out of my kids mouths... reason why i always worked commission based jobs... more cases you want and can handle you should get them.... stop taking large accounts off 1 truck and give him/her 10 accounts with same cases.... make no money!

I worked at Dr Pepper Snapple Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

-There's probably at least one good District Manager there (Manages a group of Account Managers) -You constantly get to interact with people (Could be a Pro or Con) -Weekends and Holidays off

    Cons

-10-12 hour work days -Pay is no that great (Relief Acct Mgr: 33k/yr, Acct Mgr: 33k-55k/yr -Under constant pressure to sell products to stores that have little interest in those products, though that's pretty standard for most sales jobs.

I worked at Dr Pepper Snapple Group (More than a year)

    Pros

out working without managers over you..well besides the in-store managers..the time you get off daily depends on how hard you work very laid back management

    Cons

you walk in the door as a swing merchandiser...meaning you will be working behind people everyday...whenever the regular merchandiser comes back on his route.. he will tell the manager you messed his stores up..no matter how good of a job you did...most of the sales reps suck..if you never did this type of work you dont know how important a sales rep is to your day

    Advice to Management

keep a close eye on all the merchandisers..not just the ones the regular route merchandisers complain about
