    Pros

you have alot of freedom no one really over you you can move at your own pace take breaks according to your pace

    Cons

alot of stores over a large distance if you dont have a good dependable vehicle this isnt the job usually twice the stores over 3 or 4 times the distance than competitors

    Advice to Management

i think we should have dedicated routes and your off day should be the day the store doesnt get worked and i think we should hire more ppl to reduce the amount of stores and amount of distance

I worked at Dr Pepper Snapple Group full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Brand recognition, multiple locations across the US

    Cons

No work life balance, inexperienced management team in some areas, notorious micromanagement

    Advice to Management

In order to keep some of the better employees, management needs to rethink the work-life balance at the company. Requiring that employees are always available and connectable during non-business hours is unacceptable.

    Pros

Always improvements that can be made in this fast, paced manufacturing company. You will never be bored if you are self-motivated to find work.

    Cons

Management. Some managers treat employees with very little respect and are driven by emotion. I'm sure the employees who work directly under these managers have a different outlook on the company.

    Advice to Management

Respect and rapport go a long way. Empathize and work with your team.
