    Pros

    Company has strong products and likes to experiment with new product lines and sub suppliers. Management open to suggestions and generally supports its people.

    Cons

    Salaries are less than great, communication could be better between sales and operations, lots of turn over in some departments. The company does try hard, and the people do the best that they can.

    Advice to Management

    Try to roll out fewer projects, and instead create better communication.

    Pros

    -Stable work environment if you are apart of the office staff. -Salaried employees get to travel on occasion. -Good work/life balance. -Annual bonus at the beginning of the year.

    Cons

    -Raises are not frequent even if you are a hard working employee. -A lot of unnecessary cattiness from employees and management. -Lack of trust between employees and upper management.

    Advice to Management

    Stop making promises that you dont intend to keep.
