Increasing the qualifications of the people that are employed would aid the company.

Pros

For me, the one good thing was the "exposure". And by that, I mean being exposed to the ins and outs of a whole new industry. There is always a lot to learn.....

Cons

The office is very cold, most of the time. There is major favoritism going on. And please don't let me get started with the quality of inter-office communications..... It is pitiful, to say the least......

A number of people have been with this company for a long time

I have never seen this much politics anywhere. Everywhere you look, there are people whispering; and you can tell by the looks on their faces that it is NOT good.... Some have a condescending attitude. Annoying, when you are only coming to work to do a good job and to make a little money to just keep the lights on at home...

Advice to Senior Management

The employees with more tenure should not be allowed to "oh-so-freely" adapt a condescending attitude. It doesn't work for anyone.

The constant whispering of people is very unprofessional; it doesn't do anybody any good. It only creates more and more discomfort for everyone. Yes, what a team!!!
