    Pros

When we say we value work/life balance, we mean it!! Three weeks paid time off each year, 40 hour work weeks for store leaders and assistants and no one dictating your store's schedule. Empowered to make our own decisions, great employee discount and a culture that inspires accountability and team work.

    Cons

No room for advancement because turn over in management is so low.

    Advice to Management

Create area managers and/ or assistant district manager positions for growth opportunities.
