I have been working at Dresser

    Pros

exciting industry, great product portfolio, dedicated and close knit employees in the trenches that deliver results, pay is higher than average.

    Cons

GE integration of Dresser is not going well. GE has world class integrity program, except when comes to dealing with human capital at Dresser.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Protect the Dresser reputation and culture by being honest and fair as you deal with the integration. The Dresser brand is valuable because of its culture and people. Your egos are getting in the way of a good integration.
