    Pros

    People
    Good starting place
lots of people leaving means room to grow if you stay

    Cons

    Low pay
Lots of people leaving means always dealing with new people

    Advice to Management

Take better care of your employees. Offer rewards and raises to keep people, dont force them to beg for it

    Pros

Lots of experience for the inexperienced. Great people (employees). Good HR (lot's of extra fun activities)

    Cons

Not all that glitters is gold. Known to be with one of the lowest salaries in the field. Lots of politics within the organization. Company DNA and management of a slave market and disposable employees, lots of people going in and out all the time. Many cases in different departments of decreasing the salary after an employee'so personal sucsess and increase in revenues (rediciolus but true). No real open door policy.

    Advice to Management

None. I'm sure they are aware of everything and that this is a part of their business strategy.

    Pros

DSNR is a great place to learn about digital advertising. If you're new to this world, it's a great "school", they'll teach you all you need to know and make you one of the most knowledgeable in the business (worldwide).
They believe everyone should make mistakes, but make then once and learn from them.

    Cons

The company is a bit greedy and set very high goals even when they know you can't achieve them. They don't pay out for the time you invest and care only for results, even when those results are unattainable. Having said that, they have never fired someone for doing his best but not getting to the goal.

    Advice to Management

Focus more on compensating your workers who do the job right and put in the time.

    Pros

Young and dynamic work environment - it's really all about the people (not management, rather the employees) who are absolutely incredible
    Great technology department
Good place to start (learn and grow)

    Cons

HR Management - Skills Needed in Employee Relations
    Salary, not many additional benefits
    Stress

    Advice to Management

DMG has a HR department that fails to be there for their employees time after time.

HR managers are supposed to be the people with great employee relations skills, to whom employees come to discuss concerns, receive good support and advice. Sadly, at DMG, this is lacking!

    Pros

everything is possible if you know what you want

    Cons

Personnel turnover - a lot of young people in their first serious job all are very talented after a year they are starting to look for other positions, if they can upgrade themselves they are leaving.

    Advice to Management

They need to work harder to preserve employees

    Pros

Overall great training program - fun, dynamic work environment.
    Competitive work and incentives.

Workstation is dull and boring, bring your own personal stuff to make your day happier then a brown desk.
