    Pros

The other MA's, nurses and DR's are great to work with.

    Cons

Management is horrible, health insurance is horrible, it's all about the numbers and the bottom line. Patient care has gone down the tubes in the last 6 months and management does not care, because it's all about the numbers! Absolutely no room for advancement for MA's or nurses.

    Advice to Management

Actually listen to employees and don't tell them that they can not make comments if they are negative, yes that really happens! Negative comments meant to help and learn from are brushed under the rug and you are told to be quiet.

    Pros

Location, nice newer facilities, great doctors!

    Cons

No leadership. Provides non qualified employees to take roles as leads or superiors. Under staffed. No real way to move up the ladder in this company. You can see that the mighty dollar from the higher ups is what is important.

    Advice to Management

Needs management. Work for the patients, it is becoming obvious that patient care is secondary. Provide positive feedback to staff and reward them appropriately.

    Pros

Caring, professional clinical staff. The doctors and nurses are really great. DMG DOES NOT DESERVE THEM.

    Cons

Upper management , the board and the CEO are a joke. They do NOT care about patients or their employees ,all they care about is money in their pocket. The greed is so apparent it sickening.

    Advice to Management

    Start caring for people again.

    Pros

    Great and supportive department.

    Cons

Administration is all about money and bottom line. No real care for patients or employees

    Advice to Management

Actually talk to people in the departments before making staffing a logistic decisions. Don't make decisions based solely on the numbers. You can't assess department function strictly on paper.

    Pros

couldn't have better co-workers and the doctors work so very hard to take care of their patients .

    Cons

not enough help. The nurses and medical assistants work short. Everyone is afraid of being let go because they have let go of so many people already

    Advice to Management

The management doesn't even know you are there. Hits hard to tell who is in charge . Let's go back to servicing our patients it all looks ok in the computer but we need to go back to a few years back when clinical educated people made decisions not cooperate people that don't even work or come to the office.

    Pros

Many smart and caring doctors and employees working hard to care for patients.

    Cons

Top level executives and board members have lost their sense of direction and are making short sighted decisions with long term consequences.

    Advice to Management

Physician leaders need to evaluate and intervene with their administrative team before more talented people leave or get fired.
