Pros
To benchmark your work skills in a multinational enviroment, multi-types of business. you will get all the support and encouragement in every aspect of growth during working. exposure to work to varity of skilled hightly rated professionals.Great experience to work with such a wonderful team spirit.
Cons
-you are a small fish in a big pond, very hard to get recognized no matter how great you are.
-Complex procedure and approval hierarchy makes it hard to get easy things done.
-being a semi-goverment don't give freedom to do things as if private organization, there are things that you just can not do.
Advice to Senior Management
to manage effectively and efficiently man power.
