“I love working at DRMC”
Current Employee – been working at Dubois Regional Medical Center
Pros – The reason I wanted to work at DRMC is because its close to my home. I am glad I made the decision to apply for a job at DRMC, the other employees are extremely friendly and made me feel very welcome at my neew job. The houssekeeping manager is a wonderful woman who cares about her employees and makes it a point to talk to everyone every morning. She always has a smile for everyone!
Cons – The only downside to working at DRMC is the pay that housekeeping gets. We work very hard and don't get paid what we are worth.
Advice to Senior Management – The only advice I have is to offer more full time positions and better pay. The housekeeping staff is not fairly compensated for all the hard work we do

“DRMC has both ups and downs.”
Former Employee – worked at Dubois Regional Medical Center
Pros – City hospital with a small town atmosphere.
Cons – Can be clickish with an us against them attitude.
Advice to Senior Management – Advancement within DRMC needs to be done in a uniform manner.
