Duke University Health System Reviews
-
Pros
I will say that Duke has a lot of quality physicians and the nurse/physician relationships are something to be proud of.
Cons
I felt during my time at this institution that management was more interested in meeting their numbers than in their employees.
Advice to Senior Management
Please readjust your focus so that your employees are happy once again. Happy employees leads to happy customers. It's a win/win.
