I have been working at Dunkin' Brands full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

I work for a franchise under the Dunkin Corporation and they guy is totally chill. Food and drinks are free while on the job (you have to use a special cup for drinks though, but you are supplied with it) Everything is pretty fair. Great customers, amazing management. Really can't complain.

    Cons

Because one of the two stores (same franchise) is a satellite store, there are less girls employed and so calling it is a little tricky but we make it work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

They should probably find the time to have a store meeting because some problems can go on for too long with the night crew.

I worked at Dunkin' Brands as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

Bosses and team integrated me into everything they did (i.e. client and team meetings, photo and video shoots, promotional events). Enjoyed the amount of responsibility given in completing my own marketing project to benefit franchisee sales. Gave me the confidence to apply to any global company.

    Cons

There is not many bad things I can say.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I worked at Dunkin' Brands full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

First and foremost, the people I worked with were great. It was a real team environment and I always felt like we accomplished a great deal. The location in Canton was very convenient and had free parking. Onsite cafeteria, fitness center, and of course the free ice cream, coffee and other Dunkin' products were a nice thing to have! I enjoyed working there!

    Cons

In my particular position, there was no career progression. However, in other areas there were many opportunities for people to move around and grow with the company.
