    free coffee,very easy to do your job and the customers are usally very friendly and upbeat

    Cons

    no opportunity for advancement,pay is very low and management really has no clue

    make your employees happier and give us opprunities to shine and we will all be happier

    Shift hours can be hard to get the shift you need to work if there are school age teens that work in your specific store

    Have more reviews and assist employees that want careers in Dunkin, to achieve advancement with clear goals to reach.

    good place to start off if you are jobless. they employ and train you on the basics of cooking and cashier skills

    Cons

    low pay , the work require long hours of standing and running arounds . always busy and stressful. they fire you easily too

    Pros

    Fun, energetic place to work. Great staff and constantly changing menu to keep customers wanting more. Flexible hours.

    Cons

    fast paced, drive thru headsets are difficult to hear sometimes, many workers slack off.

    Advice to Management

    organize specific people on different shifts to improve customer service and be more harsh to those who don't do their part.

    It's easy money, not a hard job by any means

    Cons

    Putting up with rude customers, not having enough people working with you etc the usual minimum wage working experience

    Hire managers that know what there doing

    Pros

    Fun environment. Laid back. Pretty much an easy job once you learn everything. Customers give you tips every once in a while.

    Cons

    The management sucks. Shift leaders dont do their jobs. No authority. You have to wait a years for a quarter raise.

    Advice to Management

    Do your job and be a manager. Do not become friends with employees. Stand your ground and stick by rules. Make sure employees are doing job. Do not show favoritism.

    Pros

    Dunkin Donuts is a great company to work for if your in between jobs. It can be alot of fun and on the plus side you get tips on top of your regular pay.

    Cons

    If their not managed properly, it can make working for a particular dunkin donuts stressful.

    Manage the company properly, learn how to speak to people and not talk down to them and squash any kind of drama and gossip.

    Established brand, good products, being the boss allows you to be in control of company direction.

    Cons

    24/7 availability is required for continued promotion.

    Advice to Management

    Fast paced. Must be available to work 80+ hours to establish your business for first several years.

    Pros

    get paid minimum wage which is low in New York and isn't pretty. But you do get free food.

    Cons

    the pay sucks. Under appreciated. Other than that there is nothing else to say about it
