    Pros

I love a fast paced work environment
    Great coffee

    Cons

The franchise owner was so greedy he even took a cup of coffee away from the crew members, and we threw coffee away all the time. He used to let crew members have 1 cup per shift, then he decided they should pay.

    Advice to Management

Heres a clue, your crew members, shift leaders and managers make you!!

    Pros

Free doughnuts, free drinks and sometimes free sandwiches. Pleasant work environment, as compared to heavy lifting jobs, trash removal jobs, etc.; job can be very easy if the Dunkin in question is not too busy, and having vibrant coworkers can make it more fun. On the other hand, I can see how having coworkers who are lazy or who have attitude problems could make the position undesirable.

    Cons

Can be very busy and understaffed--being one of just two people working on free iced coffee day was one of the most frantic and traumatizing experiences of my life. The pay is low and increases very slowly; it's alright for high school kids, but that combined with the lack of benefits and prioritization of the bottom line over the welfare of the employees makes any stint at Dunkin a temporary one.

  11. Awesome Company To Work For.
