I have been working at Dunkin' Donuts full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Fun, fast-paced, easy, and you get to know many regular customers. I love my coworkers and boss, of course that will be different for everybody but I think it's the most important reason I enjoy my job.

    Cons

Not that I can think of.

I worked at Dunkin' Donuts full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Customers were nice, job wasn't too difficult, the location I was in allowed me to get transportation home quite easily, and there were a bunch of places to window shop.

    Cons

Boss was inappropriate, asking questions about my sexual history, and making crass jokes. Too strict as well, I was fired because my phone fell out of my pocket and he thought I was using it. Training was subpar and I am a pretty fast learner - whenever we got slammed, I got scolded for screwing up orders.

    Advice to Management

I don't work there anymore, so I genuinely don't care about them. But for the sake of this review, please take your time training your employees. And stop making crass jokes, it is unprofessional.

    Cons

The management at my particular Dunkin' Donuts was incompetent at the store manager level which ruined all working experiences.

    Find more mature managers.
