I have been working at Dunkin' Donuts part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Free Donuts, drinks and sandwitches where I work

    Cons

No breaks, my employer uses the "you can eat on the job you don't need a break BS yet we get in trouble when eating on the floor and its impossible to go out back to eat if you are taking orders or at the register because you have to have perfect friggon times for corprate
Terrible 10 cents raise if your lucky
    Customers are constantly rude
management sucks and shows no appriciation

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Follow corps rules despite they can be retarded and give your employees breaks.

I worked at Dunkin' Donuts part-time for less than a year

    Pros

First af all it is a great Manager and friendly team. It was my first job in USA and it was hard, but everybody was nice to me even customers. I didn't notice how fast time flies. It was a pleasure to work there.

    Cons

You have to be fast especially in busy time. You have to be nice with people even if they were not polite to you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I just wish that every manager will be such as cool as my Rosmery Martinez.

I have been working at Dunkin' Donuts part-time for less than a year

    Pros

First of all it is a great Manager and friendly team. It was my first job in USA and it was hard, but everybody was nice to me even customers. I didn't notice how fast time flies. It was a pleasure to work there. Excellent hours if you don't mind getting up early. Free coffee. Not a difficult job at all. Customers for the most part are very friendly and talkative.

    Cons

Low wages from top to bottom. Store managers are on their own in terms of responsibility unless they find a "diamond in the rough" shift leader who is able take on responsibility above their pay grade. Some customers can give you a hard time, especially if they are cranky in the morning. If you do get free food, you'll get fat off the donuts for sure.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give managers better support in developing shift leaders and the ability to pay them a little more. Schedule the shifts better, order goods/food better. Step up your game. help your employees succeed. it will only help you in the long run. i recommend paid maternity leave

I have been working at Dunkin' Donuts full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Ability to move up in the company within a matter of a year or less if you're lucky
Decent pay raises every 6 months or so based on performance
    Generally acceptable work terms

    Cons

    Break policy clearly needs work
Most locations I worked at over the years contain a general sense of negativity with staff
Management barely seems to know what they're doing half the time
Staff management as far as hours go are sub-par. Don't seem to care if you have rent to pay for or not, don't expect to get hours on a normal basis.
A LOT of obvious favoritism between crew members and staff

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more considerate with break policies, put your foot down as far as workload sharing during both day and night shifts and learn to train more than one set of people for all jobs required in the stores

I have been working at Dunkin' Donuts full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Coworkers mostly have a good attitude about the job and attempt to make the position fun.

    Cons

They seem to always be cutting hours, no matter how busy the restaurant is.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop cutting hours and begin caring about the people that work there, you could save alot of money on training if you just listen to your workers.

I have been working at Dunkin' Donuts part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Fast paced, fun environment, there is advancement opportunity.

    Cons

    PAY PAY PAY PAY PAY

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

This is advice to corporate, you think with all the money they make, they could possibly give us a decent wage to have a decent living. Who can raise children on 7.93/hr?? It's not like you don't work hard there. you work VERY hard and fast, but sometimes when your stressing your self and you stop to think, I can't believe I am working this hard for no money. $300 every weeks is not OKAY! there are no benefits, there is advancement but a shift leader only gets paid .50 cents more than a white shirt, a assistant doesn't get paid much more beyond that, and i know my store manager only makes 600$ - 700$ every two weeks. Of course business is still going to boom for Dunkin' Donuts, I mean its Dunkin' Donuts. But what about the little people that make Dunkin' so great?

I have been working at Dunkin' Donuts part-time for more than a year

    Pros

N/A no perks, no raise, sometimes you can get a day off but thats all. Yeah if you are a muslim, you will find a great company. Plus manager will call you probably 5plus times within a week not for you but to remind you of some extra work to get done. seriously disgusting place.

    Cons

Manager is crazy, not appreciated for hard work and creepy co workers. All the workers only care about the money and they will not even treat you equally.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    care about the workers
