    Pros

Hours if you want them (if open 24 hours, not sure about stores not open 24 hours), employee discount (50% on the clock, 25% off).

    Cons

Schedule can be ridiculous (ex. midnights and mornings in the same week, midnights one night then afternoon the NEXT DAY) and there is a complete lack of respect for employees, no concept of what a sleep schedule is, and having to call off SIX hours ahead of time is ridiculous, as well as finding your own replacement. They don't care if you have anxiety issues. They just don't care about their employees.

    Advice to Management

Give a crap about your employees. Learn how to schedule. Learn how to better accommodate everyone.

    Pros

    Close to home, free food

    Cons

Night shift was run by one person alone who was responsible for attending customer, preparing food, completing orders, pull next day's bakery and also receive the supplies. No breaks (there is no one to cover you) and you're expected to work 6 to 7 hour shift.

    Advice to Management

Invest more in your employees an you will have a better company

    Pros

Great team of managers to work with. The coffee business is always good in Gainesville Florida

    Cons

You don't get weekends off, ever. You're constantly working 60 plus hours a week and only getting compensated for 50 and generally it's a lowball offer.

    Advice to Management

Treating fellow managers with respect goes a long way. Staffing is always going to be an issue in this line of work but you do find some reliable help.

    Pros

Not that great a place to work. It brought in money. It isn't too difficult a job. Anyone can do it if they are reasonably reliable and can stand to talk to crabby guests who just want their coffee and don't care about being decent to you haha.

    Cons

General managers and district managers indecisive and never seemed to fix problems, even really big obvious sanitary concerns. Hired too many people. Seemed like you were always scraping for hours, yet at they same time they were always hiring new people. Promised me a raise and took about 3 months to actually get it. Generally poor experience.

    Advice to Management

Please please PLEASE do better. Think more about your employees. Stop giving out free coffee coupons to everyone on campus you're just losing money on those and making those of us who have to deal with the people coming in have to work our butts to help people that aren't even spending a penny here.

    Pros

Absolutely none. Horrific work environment with very unrelatable people.

    Cons

Unprofessional management. Scheduling subject to change without notice. Very rushed work environment. Customer were god-awful.

    Advice to Management

Be extremely careful for who you choose to manage the establishment. Manager's can make or break a work environment for employees.

    Pros

Free donuts, but other than that pretty much everything else is horrid.

    Cons

Everything else. They expect you to put the job before everything else. I only missed one day of work, I was in a car accident on my way to work, came straight from the hospital with a note saying I could not work, manager told me they would put the job listing back up, and if I missed work again I would be fired.
