I have been working at Dunnhumby full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

good work life balance. good office culture. time off policies is good. great people to work with.

    Cons

You will feel saturation after working for six months. not much horizontal growth. only data mining work and no statistical analysis. vertical growth from lead analysis is near to impossible as there is top level saturation. No opportunity for onsite roles as most market roles are shifted to India.

    Advice to Management

need to worry about the excessive saturation in work type and growth of G3 in India office. India office is getting reduced to a pure back office where people are not treated at par with market analysts.
