    Pros

    Fun atmosphere; good pay ; that's all

    Cons

    Favoritsm is rampant; layoffs citing lack of performance while actual reason is lack of funds; middle management lacks knowledge to guide senior consultants

    Advice to Management

    Favoritsm is rampant. I suggest the higher management get more involved in the functioning of the teams with clients other than kroger in usa and investigate more before accepting a person's proposal of promoting someone

    Pros

    Some of the smartest people I know work at this company. There is always challenging work to be done, but great benefits and vacation to allow for work life balance.

    Cons

    The company has grown tremendously, so with huge growth comes a lot of change over time. You have to be flexible to work here.

    Advice to Management

    Maintain the great benefits and pushing employees to challenge the norm.

    Pros

    I really feel that the company puts its employees first - very supportive environment, great vacation, and flexibility in work. Not a 'command and control' environment - employees are given latitude to make decisions and execute without a whole lot jumping through hoops.

    Cons

    Can't think of many cons at all. Sometimes things can take a bit to be put into place - i.e. a certain project, etc..

    Keep on keeping on with the transparency and support!

    Large amount of time off. Interesting work. Fairly competitive pay for the area.

    Not very good work/life balance. There are not many options for promotion.

    Smart and friendly people. Interesting work and an amazing work/life balance, but could really use some work to make sure people are communicating across business lines.

    Cons

    It can be difficult to manage multiple projects across multiple stakeholders while still getty the BAU work done.

    Learn to foster more innovation by examining the way other companies do it.

    Vibrant culture; very social Competitive salary, company-wide bonus programs and top-notch benefits, including 5 weeks of vacation for even the newest employee Opportunity for a new grad to get exposure and make an impact

    Cons

    Opportunities decrease and influence wanes for more tenured employees; even those hired in with fresh ideas Despite its egalitarian culture, power & control exists in silos; decision making is confined to most senior levels and takes far too long to come to fruition. Claims to encourage innovation, but contrarian ideas are difficult to sell in. Stuck in "business as usual" mode

    Advice to Management

    Push decision making deeper into organization. Give managers the opportunity to develop and influence strategy and budgets. Leverage individual expertise to fuel disruptive innovation
