    Pros

    The Atmosphere, cowkers and the type of work are what seems to provide the best satisifaction results. Good place to begin career.

    Cons

    Career opportuniteis are what you make of them, you'll need to keep current, look at training options and continue self-development.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to provide opportunities and options that fit your employees and provide the best customer service. Keep in mind employees are responsible for delivery of Customer service.

    Good company..alot of flexibility with schedule and good benefits. Great place to start your career. upward movement is slow at first

    Good benefits, compensation. On ste gym, good restaurant, relaxed atmosphere and great people

    too many processes, lack of standardization between business. Low morale due to global re-organization

    I worked at Dupont Canada as a contractor (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Work-life balance was amazing. Had a great time working here. Pay was okay but that didn't matter because my coworkers were amazing. Wish I had more time to upgrade my skills. Repetitive work but became an expert at it. Chance for overtime to get more pay.

    Cons

    Pay was ok. No opportunity for advancement. Not much to say here, I really enjoyed my time at the company. No perks or promotions.

    Slow working style , too process oriented , Benefits ( Least number of holidays in my peer group and just about the average salary )

    Pros

    VERY KNOWLEGABLE ABOUT WHIMIS, SAFETY PROCEDURES, WHICH WILL CARRY ON TO FURTHER EMPLOYMENt, quite a few safety meetings

    Cons

    POOR PAY, high turnover of employees, unionized workers employed there extremely lazy, sitting around reading the newspaper in an extremely dirty location while the temps are doing the work at less than 1/2 the pay

    get rid of the union
