A strong focus on Work Life Balance, and Safety. Management is very Flexibility with employees' time off needs and work assignments. People are very team oriented and work well together.
Cons
For many employees in the US, it seems that their Career paths have stalled while the focus is on the global presence.
Advice to Senior Management
Take care of the US employees (Active & Retired) that have made this company great. Global markets are volatile and may not be the greatest investments long term.
Pros
Good hard working people that cared about their jobs and the businesses they represented
Cons
Senior Leadership was out of touch and didn't practice what they preached. Marketing is lacking at the leadership level. Great brands that die off due to incompetence in Business Unit Leadership.
Advice to Senior Management
Understand who you promote into leadership. If you believe in your core values, you need to do more than give it lip service. Stop downsizing the right people due to inept leadership and tring to be politically correct.
