“we dissatisfied about job nature”
Current Employee – been working at Dutch-Bangla Bank full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – you call it banking we appreciate it but your workers do very lower class work.
Cons – you do not know what we are doing
Advice to Senior Management – Please develop your work nature

“Excellent”
Former Employee – worked at Dutch-Bangla Bank as a contractor for more than a year
Pros – Dutch-Bangla Bank Ltd. is a very friendly place to work at. Superiors are very friendly and Employees of Dutch-Bangla Bank Ltd. gets a stable work environment..
Cons – I felt bored working in DBBL. I want creative work in that is hard to get in a bank.. I do not know what others think
Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the good work.

“not so gud”
Former Employee – worked at Dutch-Bangla Bank full-time
Pros – As i was fresher so, i join that bank , there is no reason of doing that.
Cons – i didnt get more then 10 leads in 1 month.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
