There are so many really good reasons to work at the Dwyer Group. Its really sad to see so many people unhappy with the benefits.

Pros

Dwyer Group is an excellent place to work in Waco, TX. It has been rated repeatedly by local magazines as one of the best places to work in the area. Management is excellent. Work environment is excellent and very collegial. It's a great location close to I-35. Never any traffic. There's a great work/life balance. The best reason to work at Dwyer Group is the friendly, collaborative atmosphere.

Cons

Pay is not excellent; benefits are great. Waco and the surrounding suburbs have an incredibly low cost-of-living, so it's all relative. There was not a lot of variety in assignments but always room for creativity and input.

Advice to Senior Management

Develop relationships with lower-level employees. Pay employees what they are worth. Encourage more creativity and innovation.
