    Pros

    Good salary...free Visa.Ticket..own transportation in Dubai but always late you can wait 2- 3 hours on airport nobody care for you..So if you take taxy problem is solved...too easy

    Cons

    Only 30 days R&R 15 with pay..no benefits

    Too many people without knowledge..

    Pros

    Fair paycheck for overseas work.

    Cons

    Lackluster management, inadequate R&R pay and reimbursement, HR Department is on the management side, not yours.

    Pros

    Dyncorp international is a good company with a lot of compensation and benefit such as food allowance,Leave allowance emergence leave allowance etc

    Cons

    Duration of work is full time 12hrs daily and not even a single day to rest,7 days a week.

    Its always good for any company to give compensation,time to rest at least one day a week.

    I worked at DynCorp International

    Pros

    I really liked working there, especially because it was in the military camps, I felt secured despite working in a very hostile country

    Cons

    The LogcapIV was coming to an end thus most camps were forced to close down as the military were moving out of Afghanistan. This led to most of workers loosing there jobs

    To consider re- hiring former employees in case another opportunities occurs

    The company is flexible, positive, accomidating. Everyone is very helpful and eager to watch you succeed.

    I think it was the nature of the contract I was on,, but I received only a couple hours of training.

    money was good, living conditions were great for the employees in the southern region. not so good for the employees in the northern region.

    Cons

    not many cons... there is always room to complain about management, but what company can you find room to complain about the management. I would suggest working here.

    Pros

    When working on a base supported by dyncorp the facilities were adequate and well maintained. The management was easy to contact if needed.

    Cons

    The isn't very many state side positions available when you redeploy so expect to either stay deployed or look for work else where.
