    Pros

Very friendly people, not too stressful. Overall, a very good place to work, as long as you stay away from the women.

    Cons

I jokingly called a female web designer a lawyer for being very judgmental. Within a couple hours I was escorted out the door. I was very surprised, and so were my coworkers. HR is crazy.

    Advice to Management

The women should not have such a massive amount of power in this organization.

    Cons

Work life balance can be skewed sometimes, but that is to be expected in this industry
