Former Employee – worked at Dynamic Logic full-time for more than a year
Pros – Fun and young culture, lots of ownership of accounts and clients for young people to take on, cutting edge of digital advertising research
Cons – Really poor management, uninspiring leaders who are all driven by sales quotas and revenue targets, inexperienced managers, and lack of career growth

Former Employee – worked at Dynamic Logic full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – The career path does have potential.
Cons – Dynamic Logic (DL) was a great place to work five years ago, before Millward Brown purchased them and stripped them of all corporate identity and personality. The company once held high regards for their employees but since this purchase regards them as cogs that keep the machine going.
Advice to Senior Management – Management tends to put the needs of themselves before their employees.

Current Employee – been working at Dynamic Logic
Pros – You get to work across a wide range of clients and several verticals.
The environment is relaxed and the schedules are flexible.
Cons – There is a lack of career development, lack of transparency and advancement is fairly political. Overall there is more focus on sales than on research.
Advice to Senior Management – Provide management training to managers. There is a specific skill set required not just years on the job.

Current Employee – been working at Dynamic Logic
Pros – Dynamic Logic has a great culture- it is informal, young and flexible- and there isn't much separation between workers at level of the company on a day to day basis. Working from home occasionally is a great perk too! Quarterly bonus are nice too-- as long as business is up.
Cons – One downside of working at Dynamic Logic is "AdIndex" wearout (fatigue of writing the same type of report over and over). Another is that people seem to be promoted more based on time at the company more than performance.
Advice to Senior Management – Overall this is a good company to work for- added variety to roles would make it even better.

Former Employee – worked at Dynamic Logic
Pros – Co-workers were energetic and humorous. The management is great from the director level to the C level. One learns a lot in Dynamic Logic, and can provide good career advancement, if one wants to be in the online marketing/research industry. Bonus was received quarterly.
Cons – Dynamic Logic is not good for career advancement, if you are interested to pursue a career in online advertising, because it is a bit limited to the research/analytics side. The technology team is understaffed, and needs better organization.
Advice to Senior Management – Dynamic Logic, if you want to succeed, make sure that you reward the performing employees promptly. In addition, get the technology team--Safecount--more organized.
